Accessibility and Inclusion Support for EventsAccessibility is

Accessible events require more than physical adjustments. Many people face barriers due to sensory intensity, anxiety, fatigue and invisible disabilities. The Chill Tent provides sensory-friendly calm spaces that reduce barriers to participation and support people to remain safely on site.

Our provision supports neurodivergent and disabled attendees, people with sensory sensitivities, chronic illness or anxiety, and families who may otherwise struggle in busy environments. The space is non-clinical and complements welfare and accessibility services.

Moving Beyond Compliance

Under the Equality Act 2010, event organisers have a duty to make reasonable adjustments for disabled attendees.

However, accessibile event provision should not be reduced to minimum

legal compliance. Forward-thinking organisers understand that inclusive design improves:

• Guest experience
• Reputation and brand trust
• Event Risk management
• Media brand perception
• Return attendance

Providing a dedicated inclusive sensory space hire at your festival

or event demonstrates proactive inclusion rather than reactive response.
